Can I import the schedules into Google Sheets so I can edit them?

I haven't tried yet, but you should be able to open the ODT file format in sheets.

Edit: Tried, doesn't open ODT format, searching for other options for you.
I currently use LibreOffice, which is free software, to edit this file type.

Edit 2: If you go to Google Docs, you can click File > Open > go to Upload tab, and drop in the .doc file format of the schedule.
It's not Sheets, but it gets it editable in Google.

I import the .doc format into Google Docs. None of the formats (.doc,
.odt, or .pdf) is set up for Sheets. But .doc uploads nicely into Google Docs.

You can then copy paste it from Google docs into Google sheets. You have to fix a little bit of the formatting, but not much.

I find editing a .doc or .odt directly in a word processor (libre Office or Google docs) works better than using a spreadsheet. You can see what you're doing, easily cut and paste and resize and so on - and also you know how it will print when the time comes.

Ha ha, I am the opposite. I cannot work with the schedules in .doc. I almost immediately get frustrated enough to start grumbling, so every year, I copy the schedule into a spreadsheet. I actually feel I can see everything better and have more control on how it prints in a spreadsheet. It takes a little to format everything, but I've done it enough that it takes me almost no time at all.

And then making all of my edits is soooo much easier. But I've been using spreadsheets for my personal and school schedules since college, so I am fairly comfortable with them, whereas tables in word documents drive me wild.

Not trying to convince anyone else to use spreadsheets; just offering another perspective.

That really is interesting! I'm very comfortable with spreadsheets, too. I just find for this purpose the word processor works better. I wish we could sit side-by-side and watch each other's process and see what we both do!

I’m another spreadsheet gal (someone bought me a shirt that says “I’ve got a spreadsheet for that! ). I just copy it from the google doc over to google sheets. It’s really not to big of a hassle. I also separate the terms into separate tabs….so much you can do!

That's what I do. I have two tabs for each term. One for the AO readings, and another for the things that cycle like picture study and personal choices like math and piano.

I also prefer using sheets to docs! Tables in documents drive me crazy
