The prize of One Guinea for a "Study of a Child of Two" is awarded to "Honour Bright." The two "next best essays are by "Ty a Lodi" and "Philippa." We have had no competitors for "The Floral Calendar" (April); "Map of the Evening Sky" (May); and "Out of Doors Diary" (March).

A prize will he awarded for the most complete Collection of Dried Fruits (wild) found in the neighbourhood of the collector's home. Name and "order" of plant. No limit of age.

A prize of One Guinea for the best Essay (2000 words) Illustrative of Stanzas V. to VIII. of Wordsworth's Ode, "Intimations of Immortality." Both competitions to be sent to the publishers by November 10th.
